Indie Davis Tomorrow!

I'm very excited to be showing some of my new creations from 10-4 tomorrow in Downtown Davis. If you're around, please stop by and say hello! Fingers crossed it won't be the 100 degree temps we've had this week. For the deets, here's the Indie Davis website.

This necklace features three large beads that are subtlety different in tone. I worked in some underglaze pigment before firing them. I was surprised at how soft the colors were, given I worked in a lot of pigment. But they're very sweet.

That's a Wrap

I was brainstorming necklace ideas the other day and decided that a metal-free design would suit my needs. A simple, non-fussy look that would highlight my porcelain pieces and add a pop of color. I know that white gets old and 99% of the time when people think "jewelry", they're thinking in color. These are a few of the newest creations I've come up with. I'm very happy with them--getting to dive into my embroidery thread stash and obsessively wrap things is very pleasing, I must say.
